The brief
Liox Laundry provides convenient wash, dry, fold, and laundry pickup and delivery services for busy households and local businesses.
The business needed a professional website that could clearly communicate its services while making the ordering process simple for customers. Their previous online presence did not provide an easy way for customers to understand service areas, pricing, or schedule a pickup.
Our goal was to create a fast, mobile-friendly website that turned local visitors into customers and provided a smooth path from discovering the business to scheduling a laundry pickup.

What I did
Strategy. We researched the local laundry market, competitors, customer needs, and high-intent search terms to build a website strategy focused on convenience and conversions.
WordPress Design. We designed a clean and modern website that immediately communicates the key value proposition: convenient laundry pickup and delivery.
Service Structure. We organized the website around core services including Wash & Fold, Pickup & Delivery, Dry Cleaning, Commercial Laundry, and Specialty Items.
Pickup Scheduling. We created a simple booking flow that allows customers to select their service, enter their pickup details, choose a preferred schedule, and submit their order.
Service Area. We added a clear service-area section so customers can quickly determine whether pickup and delivery are available in their ZIP code.
Mobile Optimization. Since many customers search for local services from their phones, the entire experience was optimized for mobile devices with prominent call and booking buttons.
Local SEO. We optimized important service pages, location-focused content, metadata, internal linking, and local business information to improve visibility in local search.
Conversion Optimization: Clear calls to action were placed throughout the website, including “Schedule a Pickup,” “Get Started,” and “Call Now.”
Performance. We optimized images, page structure, and website assets to create a fast and smooth browsing experience.
